When you make a purchase on our website www.globaltecnoly.com, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order, detailing all aspects of tracking. This email will be sent to the email address you provided during the purchasing process.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipments will be made in accordance with Globaltecnoly LLC’s current shipping policy at the time of your order.
When making a purchase, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and selected shipping options. Shipping date estimates will be available during the shipping quote process and will vary depending on the chosen shipping provider.
For shipments within the United States, items will primarily be shipped via UPS or FEDEX ground, unless you request another shipping method on the order form. All UPS or FEDEX shipping charges will be added to your invoice. For customers in Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii, most items can be shipped via USPS Priority service.
Globaltecnoly LLC uses multiple carriers for shipping, however, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays as they are beyond our control.
Shipping and Processing: Orders placed before 3 p.m. (UTC/GMT-5) will generally be shipped the same business day, subject to inventory availability, weather conditions, and holidays. Special order items and those shipped directly from our suppliers may take between 24 and 48 business hours to dispatch.
Order cancellations will only be accepted via email. We will make every effort to accommodate changes to orders after they have been processed for shipping; however, any modifications must be notified via email. We cannot guarantee that modifications made via email or voicemail will be received in time for processing. Additionally, orders that have already been processed for shipping may not be susceptible to changes due to pickup by the carrier selected by the customer. In such cases, changes will not be accepted, and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be required. Return shipping charges generated by package refusal will be the customer’s responsibility, regardless of whether the package was refused by the customer.
Any delivery discrepancies must be reported to Globaltecnoly LLC within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Failure to do so will be deemed as acceptance of the shipment as received.
Truck Deliveries: For freight deliveries, ensure you have sufficient assistance and appropriate equipment for unloading the merchandise on the delivery day. Truck drivers are not obligated to assist in unloading. If you lack experience in handling large and awkward items such as towers, antennas, or amplifiers, we recommend seeking assistance from properly trained individuals.
The customer will be responsible for all applicable federal, state, municipal, or other government taxes.
Damages:
In the event that an item is damaged during transportation, we ask that you report it immediately to the driver and refuse the delivery. It is important to note that orders placed with Globaltecnoly LLC, both verbally and through our online platform, ARE NOT INSURED unless expressly requested in writing. Therefore, we strongly recommend inspecting all items at the time of delivery. Failure to report a damaged product to Globaltecnoly LLC within 3 days of receipt may result in forfeiting the right to file a claim with the shipping company. It is important to highlight that Globaltecnoly LLC is not responsible for uninsured damaged products. As a customer, it is your responsibility to retain all necessary packaging material for the carrier to conduct the appropriate inspection. Lack of this material could result in the denial of your claim.
It is crucial that even if you suspect hidden damages, you note “possible concealed damages” on the shipping invoice. This statement will enable you to file a claim with the shipping company should damages be discovered later.
For damaged items delivered by truck, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company. We advise that upon receiving the item, you request the driver to note “damaged” or “shortage” on the provided bill of lading. Ensure you obtain the same notation and the driver’s signature on your copy of the document.
Shipment Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and links to monitor the progress of your shipment through UPS or USPS or FEDEX online. However, it is important to note that we cannot guarantee UPS/USPS or FEDEX delivery times as these timelines are approximate based on information provided by such services.
After your package leaves our warehouse and is logged into the UPS/USPS or FEDEX tracking system, we will strive to ensure it arrives without unnecessary delays. However, we must inform you that Globaltecnoly LLC does not assume responsibility for any unforeseen and unavoidable delays while the package is in the custody of UPS/USPS or FEDEX. Additionally, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. To avoid delays or additional charges, we strongly recommend that you provide your precise and updated address. In the event of an address change during the package’s journey, we cannot be held responsible if the package is lost or if UPS or FEDEX charges the customer an additional fee.
It is worth noting that the UPS driver or USPS or FEDEX courier, at their discretion, may choose to leave the package at the door. However, Globaltecnoly LLC is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages after delivery. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you closely monitor the status of your package and ensure that someone is available to receive it upon arrival.
International Orders:
Globaltecnoly LLC is pleased to serve international customers and currently ships products to over 100 countries. Orders destined outside the United States are subject to customer account information verification, additional handling charges, higher shipping fees, and the application of applicable tariffs, taxes, and customs duties, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Additional account verification may be required for international shipments, including credit card information and other shipping data, before accepting the order for shipment. If you request products to be shipped outside the United States or place an order with a credit card issued by a bank outside the United States, please note that you may be asked to manually verify your account information or provide an alternative payment method. This is done to protect you and reduce the risk of credit card fraud.
Free shipping and returns are not available for internationally shipped orders. Orders shipped to Nigeria, Ghana, and Georgia may be subject to additional verification. You will be notified via email if your order experiences any delays. In the event that an order is refused or returned due to incorrect or inaccurate address information, or if the package cannot be delivered, Globaltecnoly LLC reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and charge the originally used payment method to cover costs incurred in relation to returning undelivered packages or goods.
At Globaltecnoly LLC, we strive to find the safest, fastest, and most effective shipping method to deliver your products. We use services such as Priority Mail, Express Mail, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other commercial services as per your order needs. We recommend that you consider consolidating your order to minimize shipping costs, as larger shipments have more favorable rates than individual shipments.
It is important to note that the United States Postal Service does not track or scan USPS international packages. Therefore, if you choose USPS as your shipping method, Globaltecnoly LLC is not responsible for the loss, theft, or return of any package. This includes any lost shipping costs.
Delivery times to international locations may vary depending on the destination country. Shipping large or heavy items may result in higher shipping costs than the item’s price itself. In some cases, shipping bulky or heavy items may be more expensive than the item’s value. A small additional charge is added to freight charges to cover paperwork and handling.

A service fee will be applied for delivery to certain countries that require legalization or other special services. These charges will be reflected in our order confirmation document, which we will email to you, and will include all shipping and handling expenses. International air shipping charges are based on package weight, dimensions, and value. Therefore, we may remove items from their original boxes and repack them in smaller containers to reduce shipping costs. This packaging change is done without compromising the safety of the shipped products.
Special deliveries by sea or air can be arranged for large shipments (one hundred kilograms or more). However, please note that these arrangements may require additional time and many countries require legalization procedures for large shipments. Such shipments must be pre-approved by government authorities before we can make the delivery. If you prefer to use your own carrier, we can prepare a shipment for pickup at any of our locations.
Regardless of the international shipping method, you may be subject to additional fees or charges upon delivery. These may include taxes, customs clearance fees, processing fees, and internal transportation charges, as well as handling fees. It is not possible to determine all of these charges from the United States.

International Warranty Information
